Our Mission
Orphans who are left uncared for or via relevant local agencies by supplying them with accommodation, care and education.
The main aim of the Charity is to raise standards in the care sector in Egypt and the Orphanage will be a model for other similar organisations in Egypt and the Middle East to compare with and learn from. The Charity will work to provide professional assistance in all the above mentioned areas and will work with the Orphanages to make sure that it is run according to best practices followed in the UK.
What We Do
Identify suitable orphanages in the territory and offer help
Assess the operation of the Orphanages and help to improve
Provide financial help in the form of grants
Ensure the welfare of the orphans by providing support
Our Message
Every child deserves to have a life surrounded by love, to have nutritious food, education, health and safety. Sadly, not every child does. Join us and help a child today.
In Islam, it is the right of a child to be protected, taken care of physically, psychologically and emotionally. And these rights are emphasised when they become orphans. Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) was himself an orphan. There is great importance set in the Quran and Sunnah (the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH)) in the treatment of the orphans.
Sahl ibn Sa’d reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this,” and he held his two fingers together to illustrate.
